The Nike Air Bo Turf White Solar Red takes inspiration from NFL star Bo Jackson's signature sports shoe, launched in 1992.
The White Solar Red Nike Air Bo Turf features a white and red lightweight, breathable mesh. White leather overlays adorn the toe, heel, and eye stays, while black leather overlays hit the side panel and collar and form the Nike side-panel Swoosh. A black and white foam midsole encases Air for ultimate springy cushioning. The rugged outsole of black and white rubber features thick lugs for traction on the turf.
What we enjoy most about this sneaker are the various hits of branding. Nike Swoosh branding appears on the tongue in black and on the outsole in bright red. Nike Air branding with a Swoosh hits the heel tab of the left shoe. Bo's jersey number "34" hits the heel tab of the right shoe, and the logo "Bo Knows" is imprinted on the white insoles in black and red. The Nike Air Bo Turf White Solar Red was released on July 6, 2022, for $140 retail.
