The Nike Air Huarache Gym Red (Women's) draws its silhouette from its original release in 1991. This Tinker Hatfield design is modernized in technology, colorway and material selection.

This all red sneaker for women features leather, mesh, and neoprene materials. The upper is made largely from knit mesh, with overlays of leather and neoprene. The toe tip, part of the vamp, and caged sidewalls feature red leather with double stitching. Perforations in the leather are on the eyestay for a punched eyelet aesthetic. The toecap uses neoprene, resulting in a shiny red color that closely matches the red laces. Red Phylon foam is used for the midsole, with a rubber outer sole.
