The Nike Air Max 1 Golf Black Gum is a golf shoe that takes its design inspiration from the streamlined look of the classic Air Max 1.
  
This iteration of the Nike Air Max 1 Golf features a layered black upper. A wavy synthetic black overlay forms the mudguard, while each side panel features closed perforations and a shiny black Nike swoosh. The heel area also features closed perforations as well as Nike Air branding in white. The tongue also has Nike Air Max branding embossed in black, and the shoe sits on top of a thick white rubber midsole with clear visible Air Max units underneath the heel. A spiked gum rubber outsole completes the design.
