The Nike Air Max 97 Black Reflective Gold was released to mark the twentieth anniversary of the AM97 and features the fluid designs of the OG silhouette.

This Air Max 97 is mounted on a dark midsole featuring a transparent Air Max unit that runs the entire length of the black rubber sole on the underfoot. On the front, a black leather mudguard takes center stage, followed by mesh layers that alternate with thin leather strips on the vamp. The leather and textile theme continues the lace-up closure and is topped off by a black Swoosh on the tongue. Similar branding appears on the quarter panels. The heel adopts the Primary Black colorway, featuring a pull tab touching the collar.
