The Nike Air Max Plus 3 Parachute is a retro running shoe released as part of the Air Max series, with its roots going as far back as the early 2000s.

The shoes have a bold and aggressive design featuring a multicolored upper with black as the main color with blue and neon green hues to complement it. It also has TPU overlays, a plastic toe cap and exaggerated lines around the heel, adding to the futuristic design of the Air Max Plus 3.

The main standout feature of the Nike Air Max Plus 3 Parachute is the midsole, which uses different cushioning technologies on the heel and forefoot. The heel incorporates Nike’s signature Air Max technology which uses pressurized air to provide responsive cushioning while the forefoot uses Tuned Air technology which consists of individual pods tuned to different pressures, offering targeted support.
