The Safety Orange Black version of the Nike Air Plus sports a lightweight mesh upper ranging from brighter to darker orange from toe to heel. The TPU cage in orange and black gives the shoe support as it conjures images of waves and palm trees. Gleaming black TPU surrounds the shoe from the toe cap, along the mud guard, to the heel where it sports Tuned Air branding in gold and black that matches the side panel Nike swoosh. A midfoot plate shaped like a whale's tail gives support to the white foam midsole that houses visible Air Max units with Tuned Air technology.

Our favorite part of this shoe is the black rubber outsole that pops with hits of bright orange and yellow rubber, along with Tuned Air branding. The Nike Air Max Plus Safety Orange Black was released on May 21, 2022 for $175 retail.
