The Nike SB Dunk Low Nasty Boys is a low-top shoe that pays homage to the "Nasty Boys", the trio of pitchers for the Cincinnati Reds baseball team in the 1990 World Series.

This iteration of the Nike SB Dunk Low is made with a light gray suede upper. This color makes up the perforated toe box, the sides, and the area around the ankle. Red suede overlays form the toe cap, eyestays, and ankle strap, which curves down around the heel. A Nike swoosh appears in gold across each side, and the Nike brand name is embroidered onto the red heel collar in gold thread. An American flag can be found on the lateral side of the heel, and "Nasty Boys" branding also appears on the heel in gold thread. The cushioned tongue is gray and features a Nike logo patch, and the shoe has a white midsole with red accents.
