Product Description

The Nike KD 16 NY vs. NY is a version of the Kevin Durant line of basketball shoes honoring the NYvsNY basketball tournament each summer in New York City.

This iteration of the Nike KD 16 features a patterned mesh upper in Team Red. The flexible mesh upper is fortified with Team Red overlays outlined in gold, stretching around the heel to the toe box. The TPU support wings on the midsole are perforated for breathability and appear in Team Red. As for branding, a small Nike Swoosh appears in gold on each heel side, and the NY vs NY logo appears in gold on the tongue. You’ll also find an "Easy" badge in gold on the heel.

What we appreciate most about this shoe is the slightly darker coloring of the TPU support units in the midsole. Not only do these provide extra support to the shoe, but they also make it stand out visually. The Nike KD 16 NY vs. NY was first released on August 12, 2023, for a retail price of $150.
