The Nike Mac Attack QS SP Red Crush is the second re-issue of the classic silhouette designed for legendary tennis player John McEnroe in 1984.

A white mesh underlay of the Nike Mac Attack QS SP is visible on the toe box and upper parts of the quarter panels. The mudguard dresses in stark white leather and extends to cover part of the vamp. Similarly, the overlays on the eyestays are leather. In contrast, the tongue has textile material and features a checkered tag with "NIKE" writing and a Swoosh in Red Crush hues. Dropping to the quarter panels, the leather overlay on the forefoot has perforations, while the midfoot displays a Red crush Swoosh that disappears behind the white leather overlay on the heel counter.
