The Enigma Stone colorway of the Nike Metcon 7 AMP features an upper constructed of breathable mesh and perforated textile in gradient shades of tan to brown. Synthetic overlays at the toe cap, midfoot, and heel provide support, while a beige heel counter locks in stability. The synthetic blue side panel Nike Swoosh is perforated to keep your foot cool, and lockdown lace tabs are designed to prevent your shoes from untying in the heat of the workout. Flywire cables provide midfoot support, and a red pull tab on the tongue facilitates on/off.
The most impressive aspect of this durable workout shoe is its highly functional sole. The midsole heel is wide, flat, and flexible and incorporates an inner plate to distribute weight evenly for improved stability.
