The Nike PG 5 PlayStation Blue is the result of a collaboration among Nike, NBA star Paul George, and Sony PlayStation.

The PlayStation Blue iteration of the Nike PG 5 has an upper of black mesh with blue synthetic overlays, transitioning to darker blue and black and imprinted with PlayStation symbols. Paul George branding appears on the blue tab at the bottom of the laces, while a white Nike Swoosh appears on the medial side toebox. Meanwhile, a blue Nike Swoosh appears on the lateral side black collar, curling around to the back of the heel. PlayStation 5 branding appears on the black heel tab and three-dimensionally on the white foam midsole, which features Air cushioning. The translucent blue rubber outsole features a swirling traction pattern with PG branding under the midfoot.
