Once upon a time, those who wanted to create custom sneakers featuring bold colors and materials had to "hack" them by taking elements from different shoes and putting them together. Nike paid tribute to this art form by creating a Nike SB "Hack Pack" in 2019 that included the Nike SB Zoom Blazer Mid Edge Hack Pack Blue.

This sneaker featured a bright blue canvas upper with suede overlays. It also included a series of contrasting accents, such as pink suede on the toe box. The sneaker had two tongues on it, too, including one that was white with pink Nike branding on a white tag and another that was yellow with white Nike branding on a blue tag.

But the best part about this sneaker, in our expert opinion, is the tattered Swoosh on the lateral side of it. It’s a great reminder of what people used to have to do to make their sneakers stand out long before sneaker companies started providing them with more customizable options.
