Nike SB welcomed Nyjah Huston to its team by releasing the Nike SB Nyjah Free skate shoe in early 2018. The brand followed it up by unveiling a sequel to that sneaker two years later with the Nike SB Nyjah Free 2 Black White being one of the colorways that was made available.

The second Nike SB Nyjah Free skate shoe was inspired by the Nike Air Zoom Spiridon that was introduced in 1997. It had a black rubber upper with mesh panels designed to make it more breathable. It also had a rubber outsole made to feel like it was already broken in right out of the box.

But it was the ghillie loops utilized on these skate shoes that made them so special to our team of sneaker experts. These loops made the shoes feel like they were hugging your feet when you put them on, and it also allowed the shoe's laces to last a lot longer. The Nike SB Nyjah Free 2 Black White was released on July 7, 2020, for a retail price of $95.
