Nike SB dusted off its long-unchanged Zoom Blazer Low for skateboarder Grant Taylor and modified it to better suit his needs. The result was the Nike SB Zoom Blazer Low Pro GT White Gum.

At first glance, this Nike SB Zoom Blazer Low might not look all that different from Zoom Blazer Lows that came before it. But it’s jam packed with features that weren’t found in this skateboarding sneaker before, such as a suede upper with hits of white, black, and grey that has been fused to a vulcanized gum rubber outsole to provide it with more strength and support. It also has higher taping that sits in between the upper and midsole to make it more durable than it was previously.

But Nike and Taylor didn’t stop there, as our favorite part of this shoe is the Zoom unit in the heel that is built to provide more impact protection. It makes a skate shoe that was already great that much better. The Nike SB Zoom Blazer Low Pro GT White Gum was released on May 1, 2021, when it retailed for $80.
