The Supreme Patchwork Tee Navy is a t-shirt designed by the brand with a quilted patchwork pattern on the back.

This iteration of the Supreme Patchwork Tee comes in a Navy colorway throughout. The front of the shirt bears the Supreme brand name in all caps white text on one side of the upper chest. The back’s design is more unique. The Supreme brand name appears again but in a bright patchwork pattern with the letters placed in three rows across the back of the shirt. The patchwork of each letter is different, containing bright shades of blue, yellow, pink, green, and red, with stars and peace signs appearing on the corners of the letters. The cotton material of the shirt also adds comfort.
