The Vans Slip-On 47 V DX David Bowie Hunky Dory is a follow-up to the Led Zeppelin line of Vans sneakers. One of four Vans sneakers inspired by David Bowie, the Hunky Dory offers decadent comfort and whimsical design. This sneaker is named after Bowie's breakthrough album, which was released when he was 24 years old.

The upper of this slip-on David Bowie Hunky Dory Vans Slip-On 47 V DX features fuzzy black, white, and gray–checked faux fur covering the forefoot and the heel. Rich goldenrod suede makes up the side panel and collar and evolves into a midfoot strap branded with "David Bowie." The white side walls feature a red Vans "Off the Wall" license plate and are underscored by a brown rubber outsole.
