The Virgil Abloh MCA Figures of Speech Grass Graveyard (White Text) Tee Black draws inspiration from Abloh’s use of design to communicate. The t-shirt was released during the opening of an exhibition honoring Virgil’s works at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago.

Adopting a classic finish, the Virgil Abloh MCA Figures of Speech Tee features a ribbed crew neck with blue imprints against a black material on the neck label. The front features several notes, including bold, white "Figure of Speech" text on the chest. Below it is an orange sentence noting that "Grass grows greener in the graveyard," a statement referring to the passing of the designer. Near the hem are more imprints of the address of the aforementioned exhibition.

We love the colorful imprints on the back of this tee, comprising Abloh’s name embossed on a red patch in black and multiple hues arranged in horizontal and vertical patterns inspired by the colors of the flag of Ghana, Abloh’s country of origin.
