StockX Signs on as Official Merch Drop Partner to Coachella; Launches Golf Invitational with Malbon in Palm Springs

StockX — the trusted global platform for trading and consuming current culture products including sneakers, apparel, collectibles, accessories, and electronics — today announced its first-ever partnership with Coachella to include both an exclusive merch collection and immersive art installation on the festival grounds. The brand will also host an inaugural golf invitational with leading golf lifestyle brand, Malbon. Both activations are set to take place in greater Palm Springs in the coming weeks.

The platform paired fan-favorite artists on the Coachella lineup with noted brands and designers from around the globe to create 10 exclusive capsule collections available exclusively via DropX, StockX’s direct-to-consumer product release method. 

Featuring over 30 limited edition products, the carefully curated collections celebrate the diverse backgrounds and cultures of an impressive list of creatives, and are available globally beginning today, April 11 at noon ET. Pairings include:

Using the designs from the collaborations, festival-goers will have the opportunity to explore the world of StockX through an on-site art installation designed to showcase the brand-artist lineup and highlight the capsule collections that are available exclusively on StockX. The space will also feature phone charging stations, free WiFi, and site credit giveaways.

Additionally, on April 14 – the day before Coachella – StockX and Malbon will host the very first Divots in the Desert, a golf invitational that represents a new breed of tournament for the next generation of golf enthusiasts. Designed to bring together the most exciting players in golf, music, and fashion, the event features celebrity foursomes, exclusive product releases, golf activations from sponsored partners, glow-in-the-dark golf, and more. 

In an effort to extend the reach of the on-the-ground activities, on April 14 at noon ET, brands including Malbon, Quiet Golf, Whim Golf, Students Golf, and Bogey Boys will drop their exclusive product releases on StockX via DropX, while supplies last.
